A sit and stretch fitness program will be demonstrated at the Town Hall Community Room on April 19th. The program takes about 45 minutes, and questions will be answered. This program involves a variety of exercises while seated in a stable chair, and can be adapted for wheelchair bound individuals. The exercise program will be offered via Zoom three mornings a week. There is no charge as you get ready to embark on a journey of improved strength, flexibility, and overall wellness under the expert guidance of Mary Landeck.
